How do I reset my password?
Log in, go to
Settings → Change Password. If you're locked out, email us and we'll manually reset it.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us using the form and we'll delete your account and all associated data promptly.
Why aren't I getting expiry alert emails?
Check your spam folder. Alerts are sent daily for items within your "expiring soon" threshold. Make sure you have items entered with valid best-before dates.
Can I export my data?
Not yet via the interface, but email us and we can provide an export of your data.
